Payment:

After winning a Buy It Now or auction you may either check-out immediately or check-out later. You must check-out using our secure check-out system. Do not send Paypal payments without first completing our secure checkout.

If you have already won the auction or Buy-It-Now, Click Here.

To Check-Out Later:
Shortly after winning the auction or choosing to Buy It Now, you will receive an email from Eyewear Priced Right with a link to our secure and easy checkout. Click on the link and there you will have the ability to pay by Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, Check or Money Order.

Payment Policies:
1) You must complete checkout using our secure checkout system
2) We accept Visa, MasterCard, Check, Money Order and Paypal as payment
3) Do not send Paypal payments without first completing the secure checkout.
4) All checks and money orders must be drawn against a US Bank in US Dollars.
5) If paying by check or money order you must mail your payment within three days of checkout. Please include a copy of the checkout confirmation page.

Failure to follow these policies will substantially delay the shipment of your order.

"No Hassle" Returns and Exchanges:

We understand that when purchasing online it's not always possible to know if you will find the item suitable when you receive it. We also appreciate that you took the time to try one of our products and so we try to make the return/exchange process as easy as possible. If you find our product unsuitable for any reason, you may return it for exchange, credit or refund. There is no restocking fee. Just send an email with your request within seven (7) days of receipt the product. You will receive a quick response with instructions.

Returns: You may return any item you find unsuitable for a full refund including the cost of any outbound freight. Basically, your only expense is the cost of first class return postage ... usually less than $2.

Exchanges: Send an email to CustomerService@EyewearPricedRight.com with your invoice number, the item you want to exchange and the item you want to replace it. We will ship the replacement to you, freight free, and include a prepaid return addresss label. Once you have received the exchange, put the return into same box, affix the label and drop it in the mail. It couldn't be any easier. If the exchanged item is less than the return we will credit you the difference. If it is more, you may need to make a small payment. We don't credit or ask for payment for differences of less than $1.

We value your business. But even more importantly we value your repeat business and so strive to make every transaction as efficient and as pleasant as possible.

General:

We make every effort to ensure that you will receive from us the exact item you won in new condition and without defect. If for ANY reason this is not the case, please contact us PRIOR to leaving feedback. Do not hesitate to report even the smallest issue to us. We will correct the situation to your satisfaction. Please include the eBay auction number with your correspondence.

Privacy: We will never give out your email address or any other personal information. Never, ever, ever!
