GENERAL INFORMATION:

The features and condition of every item are described to the best of our knowledge. If you are uncertain about anything please ask all questions before bidding. Your bid is a binding contract. Product price and details are based on current market information provided to us by gemological labs and our vendors. We cannot provide guarantees on estimated retail or replacement values as they are subjective. All items are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock you will be notified via email. Item weights may be approximate. Pictures may be enlarged to show detail.

PAYMENT:

We request buyers to complete transaction within 7 days of listing closing date. For combine shipping please make one payment. We accept paypal, money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks. All items will be shipped after the payment clears. We will not be responsible for holding any merchandise for the winning bidder if payment is not received promptly or no indication of sent payment is made. All non paying bidders will be reported to ebay. Please do not forget to include the ebay item number when sending a check or money order. If requesting multiple quantities, please email us for a combine discounted shipping invoice.

SHIPPING:

We ship to confirm paypal addresses only (no exceptions) Buyers will have to confirm address with paypal prior to shipping. Merchandise will ship within 3-5 days after cleared payment. We are not responsible for custom problems, fees or lost items. We highly recommend shipping insurance. We will ship to P O Box addresses at buyers full responsibility. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for domestic shipping. International destinations can take up to three weeks due to customs and security delays beyond our control.

International shipments may be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) or Import Duties upon arrival in foreign countries. We wont be able to ship testers of any perfumes or colognes to Germany, Brazil and certain Countries due to regulations.

We gladly combine shipping on multiple items. Shipping and handling on each additional item would be 50% off its original cost. All items are shipped with delivery confirmation.

RETURN POLICY:

Your satisfaction is important to us. We strive hard to accurately list and picture every item so bidder can buy with confidence. All items are sold as is. Any damaged or defective item will be replaced at no extra charge as soon as they are returned to us. Ware and tare of any jewelry will not be covered under the manufacturers warranty and hence would not be liable for any returns or exchange.

Item may be returned in its original condition, not worn, used or altered within 7 days after it was received. Only the purchase price will be refunded less any shipping and handling fees. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
