Since 2003, we have been shipping great products world-wide at bargain prices.  We are an Arizona based company who carefully processes each shipment from our warehouse in Virginia. PayPal Accepted - We accept all methods of payment through PayPal including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, bank transfer and eCheck. We are PayPal Verified and eBay ID Verified.

Money orders & Cashiers checks Accepted - We accept money orders and cashiers checks (no personal checks please).  Please make payable to: Smoky Mountain Liquidators LLC. Include the item number and your eBay ID to avoid delays.  For international bidders, all payments must be in U.S. funds.

Sales Tax - All Arizona residents are required to pay 8.05% sales tax.

Non-Payment - All payments must be received within 7 days of end of auction. After 7 days an Unpaid Item Alert will be filed with eBay and item may become unavailable.  If payment is made after 7 days, we would be happy to remove the Unpaid Item Alert filed and ship your item if still available.

US - $8.50 1st item & $6.50 each additional item

FAST SHIPPING: Orders received and paid by 12 pm EST are usually shipped the same day (excluding weekends and holidays).



Items within the U.S. will be shipped via USPS mail and usually take 2 to 5 days to deliver. Items outside the U.S. will be shipped via USPS Airmail and usually take 7 to 14 days to deliver.  However, international packages are subject to random inspections and can be temporarily held by customs which could cause significant delays.  Shipping costs are non-refundable and non-negotiable.

ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS TO SAVE ON SHIPPING COSTS

Combined Shipping Discount - In order to receive the combined shipping discount you must 1) checkout and pay for ALL your items at the same time and 2) win all items within 5 days of each other.  To take advantage of the combined shipping discount, first wait until all your items have closed. You will then receive an email with instructions to checkout through ChannelAdvisor.  Once you checkout, your total including all discounts will automatically be calculated for you.

Insurance: $2.00 for every $50 in coverage.  Insurance is optional within the US and required for all international shipments.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail if not insured.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee - If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return your item within 14 days of item receipt for an exchange or refund, provided that the item is returned with all original factory packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable.  The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return an item.
